We have made sure that your experience with us is better. We kindly ask you to read the following policies, knowing that your reservation confirmation includes your acceptance of them.

Booking and Payment Policy:

  After choosing the date, it is confirmed by paying a deposit, deducting 20% of the value of the session

  The deposit is not refundable if the appointment is cancelled​

The mother has the right to postpone the reservation for one time only, and we will be informed of this at least 3 days before the date of the reservation

The date of the session is set in advance in proportion to the time of the mother and the photographer, so we ask you, dear mother, to adhere to the specified time, as your delay in attendance for more than 20 minutes will be deducted from the time of the session

  The rest of the amount due for the session is paid directly after its completion by bank transfer ​

Delivery time:

​​ The customer receives the printed photos or the album within one to three months, depending on the pressure.

  Only processed session photos will be delivered. Please understand this policy. Thank you for your understanding

Privacy of photos and modification:

All our photos are subject to the privacy policy from the moment they were taken until they were delivered, and all those working on them are female staff ​

Allowing us to publish pictures of your child makes us very happy and you deserve a reward​

After delivery, within 3 months, we destroy all session photos. Please make sure of the attached external memory and make a backup copy of the photos on your device to avoid losing them.

The modification included in the packages is the natural modification that preserves the innocence and beauty of facial features. You can view the results of our work in the photo gallery and on our Instagram account
